A&I Navel R7005 (Ceramic) is a false-twist element for open-end rotor spinning. The navel sits at the rotor outlet and imparts the false twist that stabilises the spun yarn as it is drawn off; the bore geometry — entry diameter D1 and throat diameter D2 — together with the surface finish influence yarn evenness, hairiness and running stability. This ceramic version adds anti-static behaviour and high wear resistance, suited to higher-speed applications.
